Film and Media project role within Swinburne University Part time (0.8), five-month position at our Hawthorn campus HEW 6 salary + 17% super About the Role  The Work Integrated Learning Project Officer will play a key role in assisting the Academic Director of Work Integrated Learning in the execution and oversight of projects aimed at improving student learning and preparing them for their careers.
Responsibilities include coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of current and upcoming curriculum-based industry collaborations and educational materials within the School of Social Sciences, Media, Film, and Education.
The project officer will also be tasked with aiding academic staff in outreach efforts and maintaining partnerships.
This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the capacity to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
About You   To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:   Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and proven ability to support multiple and diverse clients, stakeholders and business partners Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organisational and proven time management skills, along with the ability to work to deadlines; prioritise activities, manage competing priorities and to respond to ad hoc and time critical deadlines Demonstrated ability to be proactive and show initiative, to work independently and be an effective team member Qualifications Completion of a bachelor degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business Management with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training About Swinburne University of Technology  Swinburne Horizon 2025 draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
