Contribute to critical incident responses for regulators, police, unions & media; act for National Corporations; Best Practice; Syd/WFH; 2-4 yrs PAE;Key ResponsibilitiesProvide best practice solutions to safety management for National Corporations.Conduct safety reviews at mine sites and manage litigation.Undertake workplace investigations regarding incidents, including psychosocial hazards.Assist in delivering best practice solutions to safety management.Engage in seminars and interactive discussions with Directors & Officers on their WHS due diligence obligations.Skills & ExperienceYou will be a Work Health & Safety Lawyer at the 2-4 year level.Your New RoleWill see you enjoy a mix of Work Health & Safety and Employment law work (80:20).
