This is a newly created Work Health Safety Consultant role due to the growth in the team and would have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Tasmania offices.

What the day will look like We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our Human Capital Solutions Practice.
You will be responsible for: Delivering best in class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employersProject managing and delivery of WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagementsCollaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clientsDrafting of proposals, reports, and other key project deliverablesAdvising our clients on improving their safety performance.Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in Work Health and SafetyPrior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situationsExperience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures and processesFormal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management and/or associated degrees will be considered.
