The Work Health & Safety Business Partner will take charge of WHSE for Operations, Manufacturing, and Logistics across Victoria, with support to Tasmania. This hands-on role is key to embedding a high-performance safety culture that enhances operational efficiency and sustainability.
What You'll Do: Champion WHSE initiatives and drive a culture of proactive incident reporting.Collaborate with site teams to implement risk reduction plans and uphold CSR standards.Lead continuous improvement, streamlining processes for maximum safety and compliance.Partner with leaders on incident investigations and ensure timely, effective action.Oversee Return to Work (RTW) programs for safe employee reintegration.Travel required between our main manufacturing sites in Scoresby, Yarraville, and various Vic sites.About You: Proven WHSE experience across multiple sites, ideally in high-risk sectors.Skilled communicator, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.Track record in achieving Health, Safety, and Environment goals.Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.What's on offer: We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
