As the successful applicant you will enjoy working closely with staff to become the leader of our safety culture.
You will need to be flexible, willing to consider alternate opinions and be comfortable receiving feedback around your suggestions and ideas.
As the Safety Leader you will be naturally meticulous but most importantly, willing to learn, especially in the first three months, as you gain an understanding of our current systems and requirements.
This role includes both spending time in the field with our project delivery teams and administrative work, and requires attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills as well as a genuine commitment to safety.
To succeed in this role, you must have a confident, positive attitude, have a passion for delivering outcomes, in addition to being a clear and effective communicator that can prioritise and work within deadlines.
The role will require you to be comfortable with regular follow ups to ensure changes are effectively imbedded in an inclusive and non-punitive way.
