As the Work Health and Safety Administration Officer, you'll be at the heart of supporting Council's dynamic and fast paced Work Health and Safety (WHS) team, making a real difference in the health, safety and wellness of our employees. Your main focus will be on managing our Corporate Fitness and Health Monitoring Programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You'll be the go-to person for processing membership applications, liaising with fitness facilities, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. You'll also be responsible for reconciling invoices, keeping track of payments, and ensuring everything adds up financially. Whether you're scheduling meetings, preparing reports, or taking minutes, your support will be key to keeping things on track.
We're looking for someone who is not just experienced but also passionate about making a real difference in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have a Certificate III in business administration or a similar qualification, but what really stands out is your ability to keep everything organised and running smoothly, even when things get busy.
You have worked in environments where confidentiality and professionalism are a must, and you thrive on providing top-quality administrative support. Whether you're managing multiple tasks at once or dealing with sensitive information, you handle it all with care and precision. You're the person people trust to get things done efficiently.
