Work from Home Mortgage Firm Operations ManagerWe are a law firm that specializes in acting on commercial mortgage advances throughout Australia. We are looking for an operations manager to supervise compliance with our procedures, develop our procedures, and report to our management committee.

This is a work from home position. We have built our firm to allow for maximum flexibility, the least amount of stress, and the highest possible paycheck.
You will supervise our head paralegal to ensure that all procedures in our procedures manual are being complied with. You will interview all our partners weekly and collate their feedback, as well as your own feedback on operations into a weekly report presented to our management committee. You will make recommendations for changes to and update our procedures manual. You will report to our Managing Partner, Kate Cooper.
We are a warm and collegial workplace. Our solicitor directors closely collaborate with one another. Nevertheless, because we all work from home, you will be an integral part of the glue that holds us all together.
You will have experience in either managing a legal practice or in the mortgage industry as a broker or loan processing.
