About You

You will have (or be prepared to obtain) an NSW Working with Children's Check and National Criminal History Check.
About the Role
As the Work for the Dole Supervisor, you will coordinate, supervise and lead Work for the Dole program participants within Work for the Dole projects and monitor, motivate and mentor participants to enhance their employability. You will report attendance, challenges and barriers of participants to the Community Activity Officer and appropriate Job Placement Consultant. Additionally, you will build relationships on a local and regional basis to assist you in the performance of your role and work closely with your teams as you strive to exceed performance targets.
Some specific responsibilities will include:

Organise daily work program
Organise site materials
Liaise with hosts on site
Conflict resolution
Ensure WHS compliance
Organise safe work methods
Conduct work in accordance with Joblink Plus and contractual guidelines
