Empower, coach, build capability, and unlock diverse skill sets within the store team Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment Make sound, data-led decisions with a deep understanding of customers and operational levers Effectively manage the store P&L and accurately forecast resource demands Confidently navigate through different tech platforms; devices, computer programs, systems, and reporting What You'll Bring You will bring a strong Retail Leadership background, with a passion for team, customers, and results.
