Woolworths Group has been on a significant journey to build maturity and maintain better workforce management and pay for our 200,000 team members. Since the first Kronos implementation, there have been programs to reset Workforce Management capabilities across Group and to ensure pay confidence, customer 1st rostering and improved productivity for our large team base.
We have invested heavily in our partnership with Kronos (now UKG) in the past 15 years, through multiple phases of the journey we have validated that their evolving product is a Tier 1 solution for Global Retailers, and critically to enable Australia & NZ payroll complexity, slated as the most complex labour laws in the world.
We will roll out UKG Pro to all Retail Businesses units within 2 years. Transitioning to the new cloud solution (UKG Pro) ensures we stay in sync with advanced functionality and infrastructure (on premise to cloud) that makes it easier for us to meet our complex obligations and manage our workforce through automated and smarter processes.
What you'll do
Take part in our NEXT GEN WFM Tribe in the Reporting Squad with the primary role of Senior Business Analyst and support with Scrum Master/ ATF (Agile Team Facilitator) functions in the Squad. Ensure we are meeting project milestones from design to go-live. As our Reporting SME, provide support and guidance for key partners across the business.
Gather, document and validate requirements, supporting with scheduling and coordinating activities and meetings with stakeholders Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed specifications and solutions and outline business impacts; liaise with technical teams on these Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team Support full end to end testing cycleCreate testing scenarios and scripts for SIT & UAT Data change triggers Execution of UAT for Reporting Production verification activities on deployment for Reporting Partner with stakeholders to understand and address source of data/trends, to design and deploy processes to ensure data is accurately and consistently maintained Liaise with project leads and the change management team to ensure operational focus and ways of working planned and embedded. What you'll bring Experience in reporting, analytics, dashboards and AI reporting and analytics Experience in Workforce Management platforms (e.g. Kronos, SAP), Looker and Tableau Core business analysis skill set and experience in requirement gathering, testing and process development. The ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Proven organisational, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribe, Kanban) with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks desirable What you'll experience A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.
