About the Role: This leadership role within Digital is dynamic and diverse.
It provides management oversight of Digital projects delivery for the Corporate functions within Woodside.
This position is offered on a 24-month fixed term basis.

This position will be based residentially in Perth, Western Australia and offers a unique opportunity to manage a large portfolio of Digital project delivery, while enjoying a vibrant and balanced lifestyle.

Duties & Responsibilities: Accountable for Digital project delivery for the Corporate portfolios within Woodside.
Manage a team comprised of Digital Delivery personnel (including employees and service providers) to deliver Digital projects to the Corporate functions.
Provide delivery leadership and advisory services to business stakeholders to ensure solutions implemented align with Woodside strategies and WMS Delivery standards, delivering impactful results with an emphasis on speed, quality, and innovation.
Oversee the development of detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Work closely with the Delivery Excellence and Digital service lines to coordinate project delivery, ensuring a smooth collaboration at every stage of the delivery lifecycle, and risks are appropriately mitigated.
Work closely with the Products and Applications Support team to plan the appropriate move to support, ensuring that transition to support risks are mitigated, and value maintained (and realised).
People management duties for the employees in the team including career and competency development support.
Vendor and contract management responsibilities to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and Digital sourcing strategy and principles.
Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in IT industry in leadership roles, including experience in Digital project management and delivery.
Excellent people leadership and team management skills, including employees and service providers.
Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen (vendor and contract management).
Continuous improvement mindset and skills.
Experience in Corporate functions (e.g., HR, HSE, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain), highly desirable.
Managing offshore delivery, highly desirable.
