We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our successful team in the Kwinana area.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
You will be joining a successful, supportive and experienced team, that provides a conducive environment for professional growth, collaboration and success.

What you'll be doing:
The successful candidate will need to have a hands-on approach to leading the sales executives to achieve company and individual success.
Some of the main tasks involve: Working closely with our current Area Sales Managers to increase technical understanding.
Driving the sales team to assist with achieving Company sales targets.
Assisting and supporting the sales team to service customers to meet current requirements and develop further new opportunities.
Achieving sales and gross profit growth through the generation of leads.
Promoting long-term business partnerships with key customers.
Building team knowledge of understanding the client objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes.
Recommending technically competent solutions to customers.
Preparing and submitting quotes to customers.
What you'll need:
Previous lubricant technical and sales experience.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
A flexible approach, positive and professional attitude.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
A valid driver's license and a desire to develop your career within the business.
