In 2024, the program placed 15 women across 9 different units throughout Queensland, paving the way for a new wave of women to enter and thrive in the civil construction industry.This proven track record underscores the program's impact, offering participants valuable skills, industry certifications, and a strong foundation for a fulfilling career in construction.
