What You'll Do As Partnerships Manager , you'll be responsible for managing and growing WNBL's corporate partnerships, ensuring exceptional delivery of partnership benefits while maximizing value for both partners and the league.
Reporting to the WNBL Chief Executive Officer and the NBL Chief Commercial Officer, you'll work across the organisation; driving partner satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Partner Management Lead day-to-day partnership activities including promotions, events, and activations.
Ensure successful delivery of all partnership benefits and commitments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners at all levels.
Strategic Planning Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with partner objectives.
Identify and secure new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships.
Maximize partner value through broadcast, digital, and media integration.
Commercial Delivery Manage partnership budgets and financial deliverables.
Measure and report on partnership performance.
Recommend and implement optimization strategies.
Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership delivery.
Champion partner interests within the organization.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to support partnership goals.
What You Bring We're looking for someone with: Proven experience (5+ years) managing corporate partnerships, preferably in sports, media, or entertainment sectors.
Demonstrated success delivering and growing high-value partnerships, with measurable results.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and optimize partnership opportunities.
Experience coordinating complex deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
Excellent relationship-building abilities at all levels of an organization.
Strategic approach to partnership management with proven analytical skills.
Understanding of the Australian sports landscape, with women's sport experience highly regarded.
