About the job WMS Technical Lead Job Decsription- WMS Technical Lead in Sydney  About the role: If you are interested inTechnical Lead role in WMS area, then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities: We are looking for exceptional candidates that have extensive experience in leading Application Development and Support projects.
This role will ideally suit an experienced Technical Lead.
You will need to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) and take ownership and initiative in every aspect of your work.
In this role you will be required to – • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Collaborating with team to identify and fix technical problems • Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement • Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system wide.
• Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team.
• Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
Key Skills: • High calibre, skilled and experienced resource, with knowledge of Application environments • Interface between team and management • Build and maintain high team morale • Adherence to defined Configuration, Change and Problem Management (and all other IT Service Management) processes.
Mandatory: • Overall experience of 8+ years • Ability to make fast and informed decisions • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide training and coaching to development teams • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Excellent Team player and leadership abilities • Good time-management skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
