About the role
Wirrawandi Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a full-time Administration and Membership Officer to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and membership support to help drive the strategic objectives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
Providing a range of administrative duties including answering phones and responding to emails, data entry, filing, correspondence and meeting coordination.
Maintaining and updating the membership database, processing new memberships and renewals.
Assisting with the planning and coordination of member events and activities.
Responding to enquiries from members and the public in a professional and timely manner.
Supporting the broader team with projects and other tasks as required.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a membership-based organisation.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
A commitment to supporting the goals and values of Wirrawandi Aboriginal Corporation.
You will be culturally sensitive and aware and willing to represent Wirrawandi Aboriginal Corporation within a community environment.
You will be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
