Drawing inspiration from its rich heritage as an inventor company, Baker Hughes harnesses the passion and expertise of its people to improve productivity throughout the entire oil and gas value chain.Responsibilities:Safely delivering an array wireline services in an offshore environment, under the supervision of a Wireline EngineerWorking directly with clients wellsite supervisor offshore to deliver wireline objectives in a safe and efficient mannerBeing responsible for the safe operation of Wireline Surface pressure control equipment and supporting the safe deployment of ballistic operations as requiredCarrying out advanced duties at the wellsite for the routine work as per the instructions receivedPerforming tool maintenance and job site supervision of wireline operators and maintaining a high level of safety awarenessMaintaining records and communications as required by the Service Delivery CoordinatorSalary Range: AUD 77,000 – 97,000 / Per-annumRequirements:Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in offshore wireline operations, specifically with Rigless or Hydraulic Workover unitDemonstrated leadership experience in a wireline teamHold a high degree of competency in preparation and operation of Wireline Surface Pressure Control EquipmentBe a team player and display good communication skillsDemonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customersHave the ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones, and deliverablesBe available to join our team quickly and to work in Australia without the need for a visaFuel your passion.
