Our Component Rebuild Centre is seeking a WIP Coordinator to join the team! We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
You will have a problem-solving mindset, always focusing on the needs of the business and its stakeholders whilst liaising with a range of departments and services.
The Work In Progress (WIP) Coordinator is accountable for completing and controlling work orders.
The role will be responsible for the coordination of effective and efficient invoicing of repairs and maintenance for our contracted sites.
Maintenance costs and customer needs are investigated thoroughly, with solutions offered to add value to both the customer and Wes Trac, thereby ensuring customer relationship longevity.
