Our Customer Service and Logistics department located at our Perth Branch are seeking a Work in Progress (WIP) Coordinator to join their department!
The WIP Coordinator is accountable for completing and controlling work order management. In addition, the role will be responsible for the coordination of effective and efficient preparation of workorders for invoicing of repairs and maintenance, as well as ensuring maintenance costs and customer needs are investigated thoroughly, and the solutions offered add value to both the customer and WesTrac, thereby ensuring customer relationship longevity.
This role also entails assisting for the timely and accurate processing of all Service Department warranty and service letter claims , ensuring that maximum recovery of costs from Caterpillar are received. Previous experience handling warranty claims is desirable, but not essential. 
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease. You will have a problem-solving mindset, always focusing on the needs of the business and its stakeholders whilst liaising with a range of departments and services.
This position will be offered on a 12-month fixed term basis as a maternity leave cover.
Location : Perth Precinct (Reid Road, Perth Airport)
Roster : Monday to Friday 8.5hrs
To be successful the following is required:  Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills with an understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal) Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships Previous experience with warranty claims management. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously Self-motivated and able to develop and chair meetings, work with relevant stake holders to ensure financial performance of the department. Solid understanding of DBS, Smart sheets and Microsoft Teams and Office suite of programs.
