Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets while overseeing Business Development Managers (BDMs). Drive client acquisition and retention through the effective use of offshoring services, ensuring strong growth and profitability. Team Coaching:
Mentor and guide BDMs to improve performance and skills, ensuring they achieve KPIs and foster a high-performance culture. Create a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. Client Growth & Relationship Management:
Represent Wingman Group at industry events, securing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships with clients. Focus on managing and growing relationships with clients using offshoring services in mortgage broking. Collaboration:
Work with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Ensure seamless communication between clients and the offshoring team, maximizing service delivery and client satisfaction. Strategic Initiatives:
Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and explore avenues for growth. Proactively manage client accounts, addressing needs and resolving issues to ensure continued success. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in Mortgage Broking:
A strong background in mortgage broking, with an in-depth understanding of the industry, brokers, lenders, and clients. Offshoring Experience:
Knowledge of offshoring or outsourcing services, particularly within the mortgage industry or similar sectors. Proven ability to manage client expectations and service delivery in an offshoring context. Well-Networked in the Industry:
A well-established network within the mortgage broking industry, with the ability to leverage relationships for business development and client retention. B2B Sales Expertise:
A strong track record in B2B sales, specifically managing client relationships, securing new business, and expanding service offerings. Leadership Skills:
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team to achieve targets, build skills, and create a high-performance culture.
