Job Description Responsibilities: As a Winemaker at Zilzie Wines, you will enjoy a diverse role within our Winemaking team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Shared responsibility for all day-to-day winemaking functions. Assisting in the effective management of the winemaking process stream and close coordination with other departments. Key role in quality control and ensuring wines are within specification at all times. Key support in NPD and winery sustainability program. Desired Skills and Experience Qualities, Qualifications and Experience: Essential:
Degree in Oenology, related discipline or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills 3-5+ years of winemaking experience Medium to large winery experience Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft programs Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Desirable:
