About the Role CHANDON seeks a passionate and driven Wine Experience Manager to lead our wine experience program and craft unforgettable guest Experiences at CHANDON.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Wine Specialists, fostering a positive and productive sales culture based on our "Host with Heart" philosophy.Oversee all aspects of wine tastings and experiences, from design and execution to sales and customer service.Manage wine and merchandise inventory, maintain updated menus, and assist with daily operations.Develop and deliver engaging wine education programs for staff and guests.Host VIPs, conduct masterclasses, and represent CHANDON at regional events.Achieve sales and Club Chandon conversion targets while managing labor costs.Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.Qualifications: Passion for wine and proven leadership experience in hospitality and sales.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Command of a second language would be a plus.Requirements: Availability to work weekends, weekdays, or both.You must have the right to live and work in Australia.Domaine Chandon Australia is proud to celebrate our differences and communities.
