Some of these producers have their own wine clubs, and at Wine Selectors, we partner with them, calling their loyal club members on their behalf.
These calls are made as part of a specialised focus campaign over a pre-determined period of time.
Before any campaign launch, you will undergo training on the specific producer's brand and the individual wine offers.
You will then be involved in workshopping the best approach to represent the specific producer and sell their wines to their club members.
Using an automated dialler, you will contact the club members on behalf of the producer and present them with the wines on offer.
You will do this by utilising your upmost professional phone manner and outstanding member experience skills.
You understand that every call you make is building on the member's relationship with that producer.
You will be positively recognised for your great work and remunerated generously for your sales results.

Adaptable to move between campaigns: You will be representing different producers in each campaign; please tell us how you will quickly adapt your language from one campaign to the next.
Tech Savvy: You will need to be proficient in using technology such as iPads and software programs such as Microsoft Outlook and web-based online ordering.
