Windows Systems Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator
This is a permanent role located at our client's Canberra office. This position requires shift work, including night shifts.
As the selected candidate, you will:
* Manage IT Enterprise Operations Centre, ensuring smooth functioning of IT production systems and services.
* Demonstrate strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills.
* Possess generalist infrastructure knowledge across Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, Ansible, and networking.
* Utilize monitoring and logging systems such as Splunk, syslog, and Cloud Watch.
* Work with ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment.
* Hold ITIL certification.
To be successful in this role you should have:
* Experience managing an IT Enterprise Operations Centre.
* Strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills.
* Generalist infrastructure knowledge across various platforms.
* Experience with monitoring and logging systems.
* Proficiency in using ServiceNow.
* ITIL certification.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance.
