In this role you will:
Prepare designs for new or existing Windows Standard Operating Environments (SOE).Build, configure and implement Microsoft-based solutions.Participate in the creation of new products and solutions to deliver high quality outcomes for clients.Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for product lifecycle, project deliverables and knowledge sharing, including security related documentation under the guidance of the Security Architect.Continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools and reporting.Skills & Experience Expertise in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting both Windows 10 and Windows 11 Enterprise editions and experience managing and maintaining systems running on Windows Server 2019 and 2022.Experience managing secure, offline systems with the ability to create and administer on-premises instances of Microsoft solutions.Demonstrated proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell + a solid understanding of Active Directory Federated Services.Experience with deployment systems such as Windows Deployment Services and familiarity with PXE boot environments.Effective communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for this position you must:
Have extensive experience in a similar position; andBe an Australian citizen with an AGSVA NV2 clearance (or eligible and willing to undergo the process)Note: This role is required to provide after-hours support to clients and will work an on-call roster which may include evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
