Are you a seasoned Windows Systems Administrator with a flair for design and a passion for creating robust, efficient systems? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic IT team as a Windows Systems Administrator with a specific focus on design.
Responsibilities: System Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Windows-based systems that meet the organization's requirements for functionality, security, and performance.Design Documentation: Produce detailed design documents outlining system architecture, configurations, and implementation plans.System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration of Windows servers, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of systems.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems seamlessly, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Security: Implement and maintain security best practices, including regular system updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments.Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring the continuous availability of systems.Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Windows Systems Administrator, with a focus on system design.Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and document complex Windows-based systems.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues efficiently.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, are a plus.
