Window Cleaning & Garden Maintenance

Premium Aged and Community Services Casual $39.05 per hour PACS are currently seeking kind, caring and respectful Home and Garden Maintenance personnel to assist us with the constant growth of our business.
PACS delivers exceptional care and support to our clients by enhancing and encouraging them to participate in their own care to maintain their independence in their own home.

Requirements: Experience within the Aged Care setting desirable Hold a Current National Police Certificate Hold a Current Australian Drivers Licence and a reliable CTP Insured motor vehicle Minimum 2 x COVID 19 vaccines Supply own tools of trade Your tasks may include: Minor maintenance or repair work that can be carried out by a handyperson. Replacing light bulbs and tap washers; Changing batteries in smoke and/or security alarms; Cleaning gutters, external and internal windows, ceiling fans, exhaust fans and/or air-conditioning/split system units; Minor home maintenance (e.g. cupboard door adjustment); Pruning or weeding where an environmental health and safety hazard exists; Clearing of debris following natural disasters; Chopping/splitting, moving and/or stacking of firewood located on the Entitled Person's property; One-off yard clean up where a safety hazard exists (e.g. fire reduction, mobility limitation); Regular lawn mowing services.
