About The Role

We are currently hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer for our site in Canberra.
Permanent full-time - 5 days a week (including alternative weekend shifts), shifts 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm.
Casual - the standard hours will usually be 3 pm - 8 pm, 3 days per week, with the ability to pick up additional shifts when available.
The primary objective of this role is to act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of your designated precinct.
You will join a small team and be supported by great management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Act as a parking enforcement officer of your designated car parks.
Promote and maintain a consistent focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service for the public.
Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.
Some understanding around WHS (desirable).
About You
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Availability to work Monday-Friday.
Full working rights and Drivers Licence.
Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions.
Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided).
Willingness to complete a National Police History check.
