Pre-Hospital Care Trainer - Full Time & Casual Opportunities ABOUT WILSON MEDIC ONE: Working under the direction of the Training Manager and supporting the Senior Manager of Clinical Services, this role will take on a variety of training, assessment, and compliance projects, in addition to delivery of nationally recognised courses from the health training package, up to and including Diploma of Emergency Health Care. This position is responsible for the welfare of the students enrolled in such courses throughout their educational process.
The successful candidate will also assist in advising on content for PowerPoint presentations and training materials, to ensure currency and compliance.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Salary up to $96,000 p.a Full Time and Casual Opportunities available Deliver nationally recognised courses from the health training package up to and including Diploma of Emergency Health Care, both in Belmont, Perth, and external locations. Maintain required records of the assessment process, outcomes, and student progress, ensuring compliance standards are met. Processing recognition of prior learning (RPL) documents. Maintain up-to-date technical, vocational, and industry knowledge as determined by accrediting bodies and registered training organisation (RTO) Business Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and professional image. Ensure all course material is current and compliant. Always adhere to and role model the Company values & policies. Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards and incidents. Participate in annual PDR process and work to achieve objectives. Comply with Wilson Medic One and the Wilson Group HSE Policies and Procedures. Comply with Customer contractual obligations. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Well organised and skilled in communicating with people. Experience as an educator/trainer/assessor. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge and experience of the subject matter. Relevant training and vocational qualifications. Understanding of compliance requirements relating to training, RTOs, patient transportation, and drug protocols as relevant to job task(s). QUALIFICATION: Minimum of HLT 41120 Certificate IV Healthcare or equivalent. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, or willing to obtain within six months of employment. Valid Driver's License. Valid Working with Children's check. HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for drugs of abuse testing desirable.
