Wills & Estates Paralegal

Zylo is working with a well established and forward-thinking law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paralegal to join their Wills & Estates team.
Position Summary: As a Paralegal in their Wills & Estates department, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with a variety of legal matters related to estate planning, probate, and administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research and analysisPreparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, and trustsAssisting with probate proceedings, including filing necessary documents and attending court hearingsManaging client files and ensuring timely completion of tasksCommunicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionalsQualifications: Previous experience working as a Wills and Estates ParalegalStrong understanding of estate planning and probate lawExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in legal software and database systemsIf you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for estate planning law, we encourage you to apply.
