You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:
Family provision claims, contested grants, general equity litigation, protective list matters and judicial advice applications Applying for both simple and complex grants Advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of estates Assisting the Director with Court-appointed independent administrator appointments You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while being supported and mentored by the Director.

Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will possess:
