This role will be based out of our BlueRock Bayside office in Mentone, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a supportive environment.
What you'll be doing This role is focused on estate planning and estate administration, including simple & complex Wills, Probate, and full estate administration Specifically managing estate files from start to finish, including the preparation of Probate and Letters of Administration applications and Part IV applications Drafting Wills (including testamentary trusts) and Enduring Powers of Attorney Basic conveyancing transactions including solicitors' certificates Partnering with the senior leaders and Directors in this practice area, with exposure to mentorship About BlueRock Law BlueRock Law is a fast-growing mid-sized commercial law firm that is increasing in revenue year on year. We are part of an entrepreneurial advisory firm with substantial accounting, wealth management, finance, insurance and digital teams that provide holistic advice to its SME client base.
As part of a modern multi-disciplinary professional services firm, you will be collaborating with a variety of experienced accountants, financial planners, brokers and digital experts.

Minimum 6 months of experience in the legal profession Experience and competency in Estate Planning and Probate area preferred but not mandatory Ability to produce high quality work with great attention to detail with limited instructions Strong client management and communication skills Willingness to occasionally work from our Melbourne CBD office for team collaboration Our people love to work for us, here's why!
