The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Estate planning, Wills preparation, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and preferably, experience in Grants of Probate, Letter of Administration, and estate distribution. Familiarity with estate litigation, including family provision claims, would be highly regarded.

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to:

Prepare evidence
Draft deeds of settlement and release
Undertake research at an efficient pace and with an analytical mind
