The Opportunity
Our Macquarie Park office is seeking a proactive and motivated Wills & Estate Lawyer with 1-2 years of post-admission experience, who is eager to develop their career and gain invaluable experience working alongside Senior Lawyers and Partners within our dynamic Private Client and Property teams.
You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal matters, including:
Wills and estate planningDeceased estate administrationEstate disputes and contested Will litigationEnduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs) and NCAT guardianship and administration mattersTrusts and superannuation mattersElder abuse mattersProperty-related estate issuesDrafting legal documents, including Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Loan AgreementsAdvising clients and preparing formal legal opinionsAssisting with estate plans and client implementationsSupporting the development of our internal client referral networkResponsibilities Assist with advice to clients on estate, Wills, and property-related matters, including disputes.Assist with preparing and drafting complex and simple Wills and associated estate planning documents.Conduct legal research and prepare formal opinions.Manage your own matters while collaborating with a collegiate team.Build and maintain strong client relationships.To Be Successful, You Will Demonstrate: Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong drafting and analytical abilitiesHigh levels of self-motivation and attention to detailA collaborative, team-oriented approachStrong interpersonal skills for client and counterpart negotiationsSkills & Experience 1-2 years of post-admission experience in Wills, Estates, and Property Law.Knowledge of estate planning and property-related matters.Experience drafting estate documents and managing client relationships.A keen interest in building and maintaining client networks.Why Choose Hunt & Hunt?
