Wills and Estates is no exception, and the firm now wishes to hear from experienced and talented Wills and Estates lawyers to ideally take up a coveted role in the team at SA/SC Level.
This team is headed up by experts / Accredited Specialists in the field, who have many awards and accolades between them. There is ample support and guidance being offered as part of this role, as well as excellent resources and a team of dedicated lawyers at various stages of their careers.
You will need to be experienced in:

Drafting complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and binding death benefit nominations Estate planning and farm succession planning Part IV / TFM litigation Estate planning presentations
If you have a solid career history and are at, or approaching, SA level with demonstrated complex will drafting experience, this is the perfect role for you. If you already have a track record of managing an estates team, we would love to hear from you.
