Job Description Drafting, reviewing, and updating wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.Providing legal advice to clients on matters related to estate administration and distribution.Handling probate applications and navigating the probate process.Advising clients on strategies for minimising estate taxes and ensuring efficient wealth transfer.Resolving disputes and litigation related to wills and estates, when necessary.Collaborating with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.Staying informed about changes in legislation and case law affecting Wills & Estates in the ACT and NSW.
