Spot On Conveyancing is seeking a talented Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our thriving legal practice in Bowen Hills, QLD. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and services to our clients, helping them plan for the future and protect their assets.
What you'll be doing Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and other estate planning documentsAdvising clients on estate administration and probate mattersProviding guidance on inheritance and succession planningRepresenting clients in disputes related to wills, estates and trustsStaying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulationsCollaborating with other legal professionals to deliver exceptional client serviceWhat we're looking for A bachelor's degree in law and a current practicing certificateAt least 3-5 years of experience in wills and estates, preferably in a private law firm or legal practiceStrong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including estate planning, probate and trust lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clientsAttention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal servicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we offer
