An opportunity for a Wills & Estates Associate Lawyer to join our client's award-winning practice, advising on intricate matters and supporting your clients within a collaborative team.

Description Collaborate effectively within a team environmentPrepare court documents and evidenceDraft deeds of settlement and releaseConduct research efficiently with a strong analytical mindsetCommunicate effectively and build strong client relationshipsManage client needs and expectations with empathyPerform well under pressure and handle conflicting prioritiesTake a proactive approach to managing their caseloadProfile The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate planning, drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, with additional experience in Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate distribution. Knowledge of estate litigation, including family provision claims, would be highly advantageous.
Ideally upwards of 2 years PQE, with prior expertise in a wills and estates practice.
Able to showcase a collaborative, professional, and diligent style and who is passionate about doing great work for their clients and gaining successful outcomes.
