Description Collaborate effectively within a team environment Prepare court documents and evidence Draft deeds of settlement and release Conduct research efficiently with a strong analytical mindset Communicate effectively and build strong client relationships Manage client needs and expectations with empathy Perform well under pressure and handle conflicting priorities Take a proactive approach to managing their caseload Profile The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate planning, drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, with additional experience in Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate distribution.
Knowledge of estate litigation, including family provision claims, would be highly advantageous.
Ideally upwards of 2 years PQE, with prior expertise in a wills and estates practice.
Able to showcase a collaborative, professional, and diligent style and who is passionate about doing great work for their clients and gaining successful outcomes.
