Willow House has been named as one of the top two Disability Care homes in Brisbane and we have won Best Short-Term Respite Accommodation in QLD in 2023 and 2024.We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our dedicated team at Willow House in Wooloowin, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our disability support home. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting our staff, and contributing to the overall success of our business.What you'll be doingManage and prioritise administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and general office dutiesProvide high-quality customer service to clients, staff, and external stakeholdersCoordinate and schedule meetings and appointmentsAssist with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and proceduresLiaise with third-party providers, such as IT, facilities, and suppliersContribute to the continuous improvement of office operations and processesMedication assistance when requiredWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a community/residential services or healthcare environmentStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachProficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with office administration softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of office management best practices and proceduresA genuine interest in supporting the disability care sectorWhat we offerAt Willow House, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
