We're not a project builder—we're a mid-level custom home builder specialising in sloping sites, acreage homes, and bespoke designs .

About the Role:
As a Construction Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing the entire building process:
Supervising builds and managing materials for each project Booking and coordinating trades to keep projects moving Liaising with the Director and Construction Manager to ensure smooth workflows Problem-solving on-site challenges with confidence and creativity Engaging with clients to keep them informed and satisfied Working on the tools to complete finishing touches for handovers What You'll Bring to the Team:
