Equipment Service Specialist (Lube Truck) Laverton, Vic William Adams
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Equipment Service Specialist (Lube Truck) to join our Laverton Metro Field team on a 7 x 7 Roster (Wednesday to Tuesday - 5am to 5pm).
ABOUT THE ROLE You will be joining a dedicated and hardworking team where you will gain experience servicing a variety of mobile plant and equipment (predominantly Caterpillar).
Your key responsibilities will include: Carrying out high quality preventative maintenance servicing, routine inspections and minor repairs on customer equipment in the fieldCompleting required paperwork accurately and effectively (e.g. service reports and Cat inspect forms, time sheets, repair sheets, expense vouchers)Providing quality customer service at all timesMinimising machine downtime and maximising productivityABOUT YOU You will be either a trade qualified Light Vehicle or Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a strong customer service background with experience working in a similar field.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, qualifications and attributes: Experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipmentHighly developed communication skillsSelf-motivated and team orientatedProven ability to work unsupervised under all conditionsWilling to work overtime and be flexibleHave an agile way of thinking to get the best outcome for all involvedHold a Mid-Rigid Drivers license.
