Right now, we are seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our team based in our Burnie workshop.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will support the wider Product Support Parts & Service team.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues and ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.
What a day typical day will look like:
Heavy fabrication and welding work Welding with Flux cored wire Working with Bisalloy and cast steels Straightening of heavy components Service reporting - job completion paperwork New product manufacturing General workshop duties, as well as technical guidance and support ABOUT YOU
You are a trade qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator with a great attitude and work ethic, and you pride yourself on high quality work and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and attributes:
Place a high importance and focus on safety Be driven with a willingness to coach and mentor apprentices Have experience within the heavy machinery industry (ideal) Hold a current forklift license Ability to work unsupervised on site as required Why work for us?
