Due to recent growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a professional, driven, and highly motivated person to fill the role of WHSEQ Compliance Advisor.
Reporting to the National WHS Operations Manager, the candidate would be responsible for assisting the WHSEQ Compliance team achieve and maintain compliance to external certifications following WHSEQ strategic directions. This role is also expected to support WHSEQ team implement Business Management Systems and support the Safety program to achieve and maintain compliance.

Provide Business Management System support to the WHSEQ DepartmentAssist with WHSEQ administration task & WHSEQ registers maintenanceCarry out Internal Business Management & Project Management System auditing as requiredAssist with facilitation of external audits, OFSC audits and reporting requirementsMaintain company licences and certifications and communicate legislative updates to respective stakeholdersSupport compliance team in the continual improvement processAssist in the development and maintenance of WHSEQ dataSupport WHSEQ Team in preparing monthly WHSEQ Board Reports and other required reportsMonitor and manage WHSEQ email inbox and raise items of concern with respective stakeholderSupport in preparing training presentations and materialsComplete any other reasonable adhoc tasks required by the National WHSEQ Manager and WHSEQ Compliance LeadAbout you:To be successful in this role, you will:
