Reporting directly to the CFO, you will:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the WHS framework.
• Manage hazard registers and monitor risks.
• Provide WHS reports and undertake projects.
• Maintain WHS system documentation.
• Coordinate hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Evaluate WHS actions and priorities.
• Conduct safety inspections and training needs analysis.
• Promote a safety culture and conduct internal audits.
• Mitigate risks and identify hazards on site.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and site inductions.
• Consult with project managers on safety training.
• Support return-to-work coordination.
 
Requirements:
• Qualifications in WHS or equivalent.
• Understanding of legislative compliance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Australian Drivers Licence.
• Minimum 4 years HSE advisor experience.
• Knowledge of WH&S regulations and construction industry.
• Experience in Training & Assessment are desirable.
