This opportunity will be a FIFO, currently a 3/1 roster with Perth as the point of hire.
It is an exciting time for MFG and an opportunity for you to join various renewables projects located across Australia.Some of the key functions will include;Support the Corporate WHSE Manager and Project WHSE Manager to identify any gap in systems and proceduresFacilitate project risk assessments and reviewsPassionate about positive change, behavioural safety, and safety differentlyTake ownership of site suite of WHSE documentationEnsure incidents and injuries are fully investigated and provide recommendations to prevent recurrenceInterpret safety data, identifying trends and take a proactive approach to solving any issuesBe a strong influencer and communicator, building capacity within the site operational leaders to enable them to foster the desired safety cultureAs a Senior, provide guidance and support to WHSE AdvisorsBe highly visible on site, prioritising interactions / observations to engage our employees and contractors in Monford safety programsEnsure safe project deliveryAbout YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;Hold a relevant Bachelor Degree or have relevant experience, 2-3 years for Advisors and minimum 5 years for Senior AdvisorsBe able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of WHSE legislationBe self-motivated and hard-working with an eagerness to do the job to the best possible standard, with proven skills in organisational safety and business transformationBe adaptable to new technology as MFG strives to go paperlessBe willing to work a 3/1 roster with Perth as point of hireHow to ApplyAt Monford, ourRIPPAvalues are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.Resiliencefuels continuous growth,Innovationpropels technological advancements,Positivityembraces a 'can-do' mindset,Performanceensures efficient delivery and profitability, and beingApproachablefosters respect, open communication, and a unified 'One Monford' culture.
