About the Opportunity The WHSE Administrator is responsible for Coordinating WHSE activities and providing administrative support to the WHSE team.
The WHSE Administrator is to provide WHSE administrative assistance to the team applying all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action.
Engage with workers to coordinate and implement WHS initiatives.
Responsibilities Maintaining and reviewing the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintaining and updating WHSE systems and registers Participate in HSE audits as required by the company and clients.
Document minutes for Work Health and Safety meetings.
Maintain WHSE email inbox (North & West) Preparation of reports, papers, presentation material and information as required.
Maintain the WHSE SharePoint page.
Maintaining the WHSE document management system About you? Relevant Tertiary Qualifications Knowledge of WHS legislations and statutory requirements Experience in a WHS environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
Use of Computerised WHS Management Systems Strong communication skills Ability to plan day to day / prioritise work.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
