Your opportunity In this role, you will support the business by improving the understanding and application of life safety systems and technology. Your focus will be on advancing process consistency, training, communication, and compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing digital automation for business-wide systems and processes, supporting the development of online management systems, communicating system requirements, and delivering related training content. Additionally, you will work closely with and support the Life Safety Performance and Reporting Manager.
In addition, the key areas of focus are to enhance employee experience and productivity by:
Supporting and administering the configuration and efficient use of our Life Safety Management System to business stakeholdersImplementing new features and functionality e.g. technical/functional courses, programs and tailored learning plansCoaching the business stakeholders on how to use these features, in the context of a blended learning plan, to build their own learning solutions and pathwaysEnsuring the integrity/accuracy of data is maintained by tracking, auditing and managing recordsCreation and distribution of monthly customised reports and ad hoc safety alertsSupporting the ongoing development of the Life Safety intranet content and pageAssisting the business in identifying and deploying new safety technologiesWhat will set you apart from the rest?
