Key Outcomes and Accountabilities The aim of this role is to: Support the ongoing development of WHS systems and processes Work with the Digital and Information Division to develop and implement Digital solutions for WHS.
Establish WHS assurance frameworks and an implementation plan.
Work with employee networks across the organisation, as applicable, to support the networks' delivery of activities and guide the scope of these to be aligned to corporate direction.
Build stakeholder relationships within and external to the organisation.
Assist with WHS reporting as required.
Coordinate with the team for monitoring and response to incidents reported, including working with the organisation's leaders to address issues reported and conducting investigations.
Help to build capability in the organisation through coaching and training.
Candidate Attributes Demonstrated experience in the writing and documentation of processes and development of WHS systems and processes to improve WHS risk management and support operational outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to analyse WHS data to understand trends and develop recommendations.
Proven experience in incident investigations.
Demonstrated ability to oversee the implementation of Digital WHS tools.
Proven ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively as part of a small team.
