Our client is seeking a dedicated Work Health and Safety (WHS) Systems Advisor to join their team in Brisbane. This role is integral to the development and improvement of the safety management system, including establishing processes and policies as required. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Digital and Information division to develop and implement digital solutions. What you'll do: Support the ongoing development of WHS systems and processes.Collaborate with the Digital and Information Division to develop and implement digital solutions for WHS.Establish WHS assurance frameworks and an implementation plan.Build stakeholder relationships within and external to the organisation.Assist with WHS reporting as required.Coordinate with the team for monitoring and response to incidents reported.What you bring: Proven experience in writing and documenting processes for WHS systems.Ability to analyse WHS data to understand trends and develop recommendations.Experience in conducting incident investigations.Capability to oversee the implementation of Digital WHS tools.What sets this company apart: Our client is deeply committed to promoting respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of their business.
